Congratulations to Professor Alan Hájek for being elected as a Corresponding Member of the International Academy for the Philosophy of the Sciences (Académie Internationale de Philosophie des Sciences), founded in 1947. He is only the second Australian to receive this honour. The announcement was made in August, at the World Congress of Philosophy in Rome.

Also, Professor Hájek has been invited to deliver the biennial David K. Lewis Lecture at Princeton University in the academic year 2026-2027.

Congratulations!
